主要研究方向: 小麦抗病性状功能基因组研究、控制番实离区发育转录因子工作模式的研究、短柄草MADS-box基因研究和相关生物信息学及基因组分析方面。
主要承担课题： 国家高技术研究发展计划（863 计划）、“973” 国家重点基础研究项目及国家自然基金等课题。
